FACTS

We will again be using the Facts tuition management system.

We have enrolled all families in the system.

Parents can pay their fees online with a bank account or credit card at FACTS. Parents also may come into the school office and pay their fees here as before.

Please do not ignore emails from FACTS. This is how you will receive your statements. You be be assessed a late fee if not paid by date indicated on the statement.

Lunch and Breakfast

Lunch and breakfast will be available starting on the first day of school.

We participate in the National School Free Lunch Program, and all student are provided with a free breakfast/lunch.

The menu is posted each month here. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Some families will have to fill out a new application for this school year in September.

After Care
-
After Care begins at 3:00 pm, fifteen minutes after dismissal and extends until 5:45 pm.

The fee is $5.00 per hour or any part of an hour.

If a student is not picked up within fifteen minutes after dismissal, they are placed in Aftercare in the school multipurpose room (formerly the library).

Aftercare will begin on the second day of school.
Arrival and Dismissal

Parents and students will enter the parking lot from the gate by the church on 147th Street.
-
Parents may drop your children off by the fence near the multipurpose room no earlier than 7:15 am.

The orange cones will be set up to help keep children safe. Do not drive around or over the cones.

Please follow the traffic pattern and instructions given by school personnel.

Drive carefully and watch for the children in the parking lot.
Uniforms
-
Every student must be in proper school uniform, starting on the first day of school.

School and P.E. uniforms must be purchased at Ibiley Uniforms at 1267 NE 163rd St, Miami, FL.

All classrooms have air conditioning. If a student desires to wear a sweater or a jacket, they must be school uniform sweaters or jackets (available at Ibiley Uniforms). No exceptions.
UNIFORM SHOE POLICY

Girls: plain black Mary Jane style shoe with a strap and rubber soles. No flat slipper shoes.

Boys: plain black dress slip-on shoe

PE shoes are plain black, white or grey only.

Students in grades K-3 may wear plain black, white or grey sneakers on PE days only.

PK: Black, White or grey sneakers or black shoes (no sandals)

School Fees

All registration, educational fees, and the first tuition payment must be paid before your child will be admitted to the classroom.

Tuition is divided into ten monthly payments. The first payment is due in August.

All families, including Step Up for Students, must pay their monthly tuition fee.

Health Forms​
-
All health forms must be submitted to the school office before your child starts school.

Students going into PS, PK, Kindergarten and 7th grade need new updated immunization forms before the start of school.
Office Hours

To eliminate long lines in the school office, I strongly encourage you to take care of your business with the office before the first day of school.

The office will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. starting Monday, August 6th.
